1. Introduction

Welcome to Cluck Rocket . By accessing our Platform and participating in the simulation ("Game"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. This Platform is a Web3-styled arcade simulation and is NOT a gambling site.

2. Eligibility

1. Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account.
2. One Account Policy: Each user is restricted to one account. Creating multiple accounts to manipulate the ecosystem or abuse the sign-up bonus is strictly prohibited and will result in a permanent ban.

3. Virtual Currency ("RB")

1. No Monetary Value: "RB" is a virtual utility token used exclusively for gameplay mechanics. It has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for fiat currency on this Platform.
2. Allocation: Upon registration, users receive an allocation of 1,000 RB credits to participate in the simulation.
3. Simulation Nature: Any "Profit" or "Loss" experienced in the game is purely virtual and part of the arcade experience.

4. Gameplay Mechanics

1. Trading Logic: Users allocate virtual credits to enter a round. A multiplier curve represents market volatility.
2. Winning Condition: To secure a profit, the user must execute a "Cash Out" command before the market indicator (Rocket) crashes.
3. Loss Condition: If the market crashes before a Cash Out is executed, the allocated credits for that specific round are removed from the user's virtual balance.
4. System Integrity: In the event of a server malfunction or network error, affected rounds may be voided at the discretion of the administration.

5. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use automated scripts, bots, or external software to automate trades.
• Exploit technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the game engine.
• Attempt to sell, trade, or transfer your account to third parties.

6. Limitation of Liability

Cluck Rocket is provided "AS IS" for entertainment purposes. We make no warranties regarding the continuity of the service. We are not liable for any loss of data or virtual credits resulting from system outages or maintenance.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Platform immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms, including but not limited to multi-accounting or suspicious bot-like activity.
